We Can Help Today!

When a window is damaged, be it broken glass or the window frame, our professional local Buckingham glaziers are only a short distance away to fix the problem. We can also modernise your existing frames with more efficient window styles including double glazing, aluminum replacement windows and Low - E Glass.

For Buckingham shop front windows we would use laminate glass, which conforms to BS 6206. Large and/or thicker than normal panes will usually be a next day service, dependant on glass dimensions. Our Buckingham double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee.

Buckingham Glazing Testimonials

Customer Name: John R. Davis.
I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Example Of Our Glass Services

Double Glazed Units
In the trade we say a double glazed sealed unit has broken down. This means that the perimeter edge seal has lost its integrity and that it is letting in moisture somewhere. The moisture is hard to spot at first, sometimes becoming only visible as the sun or another heat source draws the moisture up by evaporation.

Typically the moisture will be drawn in as the atmospheric pressure changes and it will build up, eventually condensing into water inside the sealed unit. This can sometimes look like a fish tank with several inches of water that cannot escape. Whether the seal has failed or the glass is broken, we will replace and re-seal all types of Double Glazed Units.
